The first of Ghost Recon Wildlands’ major expansions goes live on Xbox One, PS4 and PC today, adding new story content and missions. Season pass holders can download the Narco Road expansion today, while those who don’t own the pass can pick it up for $14.99 (or regional equivalent) from 25 April. Other post launch support for Ghost Recon Wildlands includes a second large expansion, called Fallen Ghosts, and a free 4v4 PvP mode, which will be added to the game at a later date. Ubisoft also recently added Live Season Challenges, introducing new weekly objectives across multiple seasons, each of which will feature specific themes and rewards for players to unlock.

Bethesda have announced a free demo will be available for Arkane Studios’ Prey reboot later this month. There’s no word on a PC demo for the moment, but Prey is still scheduled to hit the platform alongside its console counterparts on 5 May.

Our first official look at Star Wars Battlefront II was supposed to be revealed during the Star Wars Celebration event on 15 April, but it looks like someone got the party started earlier than EA had planned. From what we could see in the trailer, it looks like the campaign - or at least part of it - will be set after the events of Return of the Jedi and the destruction of the second Death Star, and could feature an Imperial pilot as a protagonist.
A message at the end of the trailer mentioned Heroes from The Last Jedi will be included as pre-order bonuses. Remedy Entertainment, the studio behind Quantum Break and the Alan Wake series, have confirmed that their next game will not be a Microsoft exclusive. Details on the unannounced project were, naturally, thin on the ground, but Remedy did mention that they are reworking their Northlight engine, which was used to develop Quantum Break, to be compatible with the PlayStation 4.
Remedy also announced results for the 2016 fiscal year in the post, noting a “year-on-year revenue growth of 19.4%” for the studio, which contributed to an operating profit of €3.9 million. Bayonetta now available on PC11/4/2017 Platinum Games’ critically acclaimed action title is now available on PC exclusively through Steam, Sega have confirmed. “We are dedicated to bringing high-quality, best practice PC conversions of our back-catalogue games to our fans, and Bayonetta was a great fit,” said John Clark, Senior Vice President of Commercial Publishing for SEGA Europe. “Bayonetta is one of the most often requested PC conversions of our games, so finally being able to launch it on Steam is fantastic. Uncharted: The Lost Legacy will be released on August 22 in North America, arriving a day later in Europe on the 23 according to Naughty Dog in a recent post. The Lost Legacy will be free to download for owners who have already purchased either the Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Deluxe Edition, the Explorer’s Pack, or the Triple Pack. Non-owners will be expected to pay $39.99 US (UK price TBC) to receive the game on launch day. Bethesda and ZeniMax Online are letting everyone try their Tamriel-set MMO for free this week, with Xbox One, PS4 and PC users all able to download and play ESO from 11 – 18 April. Both the base version and Gold Edition of the game are discounted during the free play week, the latter of which includes the four major expansion packs: Imperial City, Orsinium, Thieves Guild, and The Dark Brotherhood.
