Broken Sword 5 - the Serpent's Curse debuts on Switch in September

Revolution Software and Ravenscourt have announced that point and click adventure title, Broken Sword 5, will launch on Nintendo Switch with an updated user interface and some never before seen videos.

Lawyer George Stobbart and journalist Nico Collard are investigating a robbery in a Parisian art gallery which resulted in a fatal shooting. Before long, the pair find themselves on the trail of a "murderous conspiracy whose roots lie in mysteries older than the written word," as they try to recover a stolen painting with an ancient curse.

The UI has been specially redesigned for Nintendo's portable console, allowing players to switch seamlessly between Joy-Con and touch screen play.

Behind-the-scenes videos, created just for this enhanced edition, are unlocked through progression and reveal the story and the development process behind the game, through interviews with the Broken Sword team.

Broken Sword 5 releases 21 September on Nintendo Switch.
