A trailer from Funcom and The Bearded Ladies gives us a look at a new hero set to join your merry band: Big Khan, a large fire-breathing moose.

Khan is a veteran Stalker who has been exploring the Zone in self-imposed exile. His strength allows him to land devastating critical hits and his unique mutations, Ground Pound and Flame Puke, are effective at dealing with groups.

Seed of Evil adds a new chapter to the story, picking up right where the original ended, with more locations to scavenge, enemies to battle, gear to equip, a vicious new threat, and a way to upgrade your mutations. It's recommended that you finish the main story before starting, due to spoilers and the level range of the content.

The expansion will launch 30 July on Xbox One, PS4, PC and Nintendo Switch. The Deluxe Edition, including the base game and Seed of Evil, will be available on all platforms in both digital and physical form on the same date.
