Nintendo to continue selling SNES Mini into next year, more NES mini coming to Europe

Nintendo have announced plans to keep up supplies of the SNES mini in Europe, and are also bringing back the much sought-after NES mini.

The SNES mini, which is set to release later this month, has been in high demand ever since it was announced earlier in the summer, with pre-orders quickly selling out whenever they have been available. However, Nintendo today announced plans to continue supplying SNES minis to European retailers into next year in an attempt to keep up with consumer demand.

Europe will also be seeing a return of the NES mini next summer, Nintendo announced, despite the company halting production of the console earlier in the year.

No specific date was given for the NES mini’s return, or whether other regions will also be seeing a return of the hugely popular product.
