Operation Red Crow launches tomorrow for Rainbow Six Siege

The final update of Rainbow Six Siege’s first season goes live tomorrow, adding two new operators from Japan’s special forces, as well as the new Skyscraper map.

Those who don’t own the Season Pass will have access to the update and all its content aside from the two new operators, which are exclusive to Season Pass holders until 24 November. After that date they can be unlocked with either R6 Credits or Renown.

The video below highlights the two operator’s key abilities.

Arriving alongside the content are something called Elite sets:
 
“The Elite sets, a new customisation series, will be available for the first time with the release of Operation Red Crow. Each set will include a matching uniform and headgear, an operator card, a charm, an operator name and a signature victory animation. The first Operators to receive the honors are Kapkan, Sledge and Thermite.”
 
The second season of additional content will begin in February 2017 and will feature a “similar structure as the first year”. More information about next year’s post launch support will be unveiled during the Six Invitational event, which also takes place next February.
