Nintendo have announced Paper Mario: The Origami King, and it’s coming to Switch this July.
As you can see in the above video, one of the new transformation abilities includes Paper Mario’s 1000-Fold Arms, which allows the 2D plumber to reach distant objects and uncover hidden areas.
The game’s battles are said to require a mix of tactical thinking and puzzle solving skills as players can move enemies into a line to deal out more damage. There’ll also be “humongous bosses” to face off against, and it looks like we’ll be able to explore more open 3D sections during certain points in the game.
Paper Mario: The Origami King is out 17 July on Nintendo Switch.
