Play Far Cry 5 and Assassin’s Creed Origins at EGX

Those making their way to the NEC arena in Birmingham this year will be able to go hands on with a number of upcoming AAA titles, including Far Cry 5, Assassin’s Creed Origins and South Park: The Fractured but Whole. This will be one of the rare opportunities the public will get to go hands on with the latest Far Cry title before its release early next year.

Also playable at the event will be the recently released Mario+Rabbids: Kingdom Battle, a game that James described as an “essential purchase for Switch owners”. You can read the full review here.
 
Ubisoft will also be hosting the Rainbow Six UK Invitational for Rainbow Six Siege at the ESL Arena on Friday 22 September, with four teams from the Go4 UK Xbox One finals going head to head for the £4,250 prize.
 
Lastly, it was announced that the publisher will be sponsoring this year’s cosplay competition, with a special sub-category for the best Assassin’s Creed inspired outfit. The lucky winner will walk away with Assassin’s Creed themed prizes as well as a super pass for next year’s event.
 
EGX takes place 21 – 24 September at the NEC, Birmingham.
