Switch players can look forward to immersing themselves in Freeburg’s murky world of corruption when This is the Police launches on the platform later this month.

Jack Boyd is being forced out of office, and it’s up to you to ensure the departing chief of the Freeburg Police Department leaves with a decent windfall. Players must earn $500,000 in 180 days, all the while dealing with mafia wars, backstabbing politicians, belligerent officers and the usual plethora of crime that plagues the city.

The game will be available first through the Nintendo eShop on 24 October with a boxed edition arriving a little later on 5 December.
 
This is the Police is already available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
