Ubisoft announce VR release dates at Gamescom

Star Trek: Bridge Crew, Werewolves Within, and Eagle Flight will all be coming to PlayStation VR, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive this year.

Star Trek: Bridge Crew puts you in control of a new starship, the USS Aegis. Players will take on the role of either Captain, Helm, Tactical or Engineer as they tackle the single player campaign or get together with friends for some multiplayer missions.

Star Trek: Bridge Crew launches 29 November on all three VR platforms.

Eagle Flight allows players to soar around the skies of Paris and its iconic landmarks. There's a single player mode and a competitive multiplayer mode, Capture the Prey.

Eagle Flight hits Oculus Rift on 18 October, PSVR on 8 November and HTC Vive on 20 December.

Werewolves Within is set in the village of Gallowston, where the locals have been terrorised by werewolves.

As one of the five to eight players, you will be tasked with finding out which one of your fellow villagers is really a werewolf. Or - if it happens to be you - trying to convince everyone to condemn another member of your party.

Werewolves Within will release on all major VR platforms 6 December.

As a bonus, Trackmania Turbo will receive a free patch on 8 November to allow for VR play.
