Ubisoft detail the final season of Rainbow Six Siege’s Year 4 content, Operation Shifting Tides11/11/2019 Ubisoft shared new details of the upcoming final season from the game’s Year 4 content, called Operation Shifting Tides, at yesterday’s Rainbow Six Siege Pro League Finals in Tokoname. As you can see in the video above, Kali’s rifle can also be used to break through wooden barricades or hatches with just one shot (as long as they’re not reinforced) and comes with an underslung explosive launcher for blasting chunks out of sturdier structures.
To counteract the weapon’s lethality, players that are downed by it will automatically face the direction the shot came from, allowing them to better locate Kali’s position. The reworked Theme Park map contains the following changes: “The Rail Platform has been removed and the East and West sections have been brought closer together. Inside the building, the East section has largely evolved, primarily the downstairs area. Gargoyle and Haunting Dining bomb sites are replaced with the Throne Room and Armory pair. The new Gong Room in this area also becomes the main entrance, while the Arcade Entrance is now blocked.” Both Kali and Wamai will be instantly available at launch to those who purchased the Year 4 Pass or have a Uplay+ subscription, with everyone else able to purchase them a week later using Renown or R6 Credits. Ahead of its public roll out, PC players can test out the new content from today via the game’s Test Server, with the option to report any bugs or glitches to the developers through the R6 Fix platform.
