White Noise 2 is getting a Classic Mode

White Noise 2 players on Steam can try the mode now, while Xbox One users will have to wait until next week.

Classic mode comes as part of the Merciless Fate update, and introduces similar gameplay mechanics to those of the game’s predecessor, White Noise Online. In classic mode, players are stripped of their compass and skills, meaning communication becomes even more key for those on the team of investigators.

Things aren’t any easier for the player stepping into the role of the creature, who’s abilities have also been taken away, leaving them to rely on following the investigators’ tracks and erecting detection idols in order to track them down.
 
White Noise 2 is out now, and available for just £7.99 on PC and Xbox One.
