Vertigo Games are adding a new horde map to their VR shooter, Arizona Sunshine, on the Oculus Quest.

The Trailer Park map is based on one of the game’s campaign levels and features a “grungy” trailer park aesthetic, destructible environments and plenty of undead cannon fodder. Up to four friends can team up for some virtual reality zombie slaying, scavenging loot and weapons as they try to survive waves of reanimated attackers.
The update is free for all Arizona Sunshine users on Quest, while a beta version of the map is also being added to the Steam version of the game for PC VR users.

Arizona Sunshine is available now via PS VR, PC VR and Oculus Quest.

PHOGS! Xbox Games Pass for PC launch delayed, console release unaffected

2/12/2020

PHOGS!

Coatsink and Bit Loom’s cooperative puzzler PHOGS! will no longer be available through Xbox Games Pass for PC when the game launches tomorrow.

PHOGS! will instead be added to Microsoft’s PC subscription service at an unspecified later date. The game will still be playable tomorrow for console Xbox Game Pass subscribers. The PC delay is due to a technical error with the game’s online multiplayer, which has seen the conjoined protagonists Red and Blue having difficulty “playing nicely together,” according to the game’s publisher.
Those looking forward to some cooperative puzzle solving on PC will still be able to purchase and play the game through Steam or Stadia – it’s only the Windows 10 Xbox Games Pass for PC version that’s been temporarily delayed.

PHOGS! sees two players teaming up to complete physics-based puzzles, with each person controlling one of two conjoined dogs. James praised the game’s “bonkers” gameplay when he went hands-on with a preview build in 2018, and you can read his glowing thoughts on the full game in our review.

PHOGS! releases 3 December on Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass, PS4, Switch, Stadia and PC via Steam. The Xbox Games Pass for PC version will launch at an unspecified time in the future. It’ll also be playable on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 via backwards compatibility.

Are you looking forward to PHOGS! releasing tomorrow? Let us know below.
