THQ Nordic have shared some more details on the new combat system featured in Weappy’s This Is the Police 2.
It also looks like officers will be able to earn perks through progression. At around the one-minute mark in the trailer, we see officer Rankin awarded the Hunter perk, which allows him to locate traps and warn other team members about them.
The focus on combat is to defuse dangerous situations with as few casualties as possible, disarming perps and taking them down using non-lethal methods due to the risks involved in gun fights; it only takes a single bullet to end an officer’s life. This Is the Police 2 will release sometime later this year on Xbox One, PS4, Switch and PC. What do you think of the revamped combat system? Let us know below.
This week's winners are Andrew Murczek (@Seth_Samson) and Alessandro Zampi (@gmanvg). Whether you’re a Raider or an Antagonist, we hope you enjoy your trip to the Broken Planet!
