Far Harbor will be coming to Fallout 4 later this month, with Bethesda confirming the expansion will be available to download from 19 May on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

The latest Fallout 4 DLC will take players to an island off the coast of Maine in search of a missing girl, where high levels of radiation have created a wilder landscape and had some altogether unpleasant effects on the local inhabitants.

The largest landmass added to any Bethesda game via DLC, Far Harbor will feature new settlements, faction quests, enemies and dungeons, as well as giving players the chance to become more powerful via higher-level weapons and armour. 

Far Harbor is the third DLC added to Fallout 4 after Automatron and Wasteland Workshop were released earlier this year, all of which are included in the game’s Season Pass.

A Creation Kit allowing players to apply various mods to Fallout 4 was recently made available for free and is currently in open beta on PC, with consoles also receiving access to mods in the next couple of months.
