APB Reloaded stealthily launches on Xbox One

Originally scheduled to release on consoles in 2015, APB Reloaded seemed to vanish into the ether, until it appeared on the Xbox Marketplace a few days ago. There's no word yet on when the PS4 version will go live.

APB offers two factions for you to join: 'Enforcers' are licensed vigilantes trying to uphold the law, and 'Criminals' are there to create mayhem in the city of San Paro.

It features extensive character, symbol and vehicle customisation. You'll even be able to sell your designs and customisations to other players, using the in-game auction house.

Here's a brief look at some of the extensive customisation options:

This free-to-play title is driven by PvP, where up to 100 players (50 vs. 50) can participate in real time missions across the city. As you progress through the ranks of your chosen faction, you'll unlock exotic vehicles and even more deadly weapons.

To celebrate the release of APB Reloaded on Xbox One, the developers, Reloaded Games, have created the APB Xbox One Founder's Pack - premium items given to all new players for free, as long as they log in within 30 days of the launch date. The pack includes: the Fireworks Flare Launcher, a long range support weapon that helps organized squads spot the enemy, and a faction specific vehicle.

Furthermore, those who play for 10 hours during the first month will receive an exclusive title - XB1 Founder - and an exclusive weapon skin.
