The story-driven tactical RPG takes place on the island of New Savannah, an isolated neo-noir city that's divided into 3 discrete tiers by the 'Citizen Grade System'. Those who are deemed worthy and have a high value to society are afforded more luxuries than those below them, whilst the criminals and other undesirables are forced to live in squalor at the depths of the island.

The player, from the comfort of their secluded hideout, uses look-and-click controls to instruct their 6-man team of augmented misfits. The world is rendered as an augmented reality diorama before your eyes, allowing you to interact with the office around your team, investigate new developments, make decisions and expand the team's skill set.

If you want to get a taste of Augmented Empire before it releases later this year, there will be a demo available at this year's EGX Rezzed in London.
