Ronimo Games' Awesomenauts Assemble! finally hits Xbox One.

First launching in 2012 on Xbox 360 and PS3, Awesomenauts is a 2D MOBA that quickly became a classic. In 2014, an updated version titled Awesomenauts Assemble! was released on PS4 and included all of the additions available in the PC version.

​It's now made its way onto Xbox One, and you can watch the launch trailer below:

There are 26 playable characters available at launch, but developer Ronimo Games are promising to release more over time, starting with Ix the Interloper, who'll be available to all players for free later in the year.

To celebrate the game’s release on Microsoft’s console, Ronimo are giving away the Starstorm expansion pack for free to Xbox One players until 12 September.

Awesomenauts Assemble! contains over 70 items of optional content, all of which you might be lucky enough to snag if you sign up for the Xbox One Newsletter. With over $10,000 worth of goodies to give away, what is there to lose?
