Conan Exiles is the best selling title in Funcom history, new DLC launching next month

The latest expansion, Jewel of the West, is coming early August, adding building pieces, weapons, armor, furniture, and more to what is now Funcom's best seller. The new gear is themed around Aquilonia, inspired by Roman clothing and architecture.

Their previous record of 1.4 million units sold was held by Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures. Exiles has smashed that record in less than half the time and Funcom have released a new trailer to celebrate.

In addition to the new expansion a free update is planned, bringing pets and animal taming, allowing players to use camels, panthers and even spiders to guard their base and carry resources.

The team are also working on new dungeons, Jhebbal Sag avatar and religious items, improving combat animations, creatures and world bosses, alongside the usual gameplay tweaks and bug fixes.
