Couch co-op puzzler Pitfall Planet heading to Switch

Bonfire Games have announced that Pitfall Planet, a co-op puzzler which first released on Steam in 2016, is coming to Nintendo Switch thanks to Abstraction Games (Verdun, Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, Awesomenauts Assemble!).

Players take control of two robot astronauts who have crash landed on a mysterious alien planet. They must adventure through the deep caverns below, solving puzzles as they go, in order to collect enough ore to fuel their return trip home.

​Pitfall Planet boasts intriguing puzzles, dangerous enemies, secrets aplenty and hidden gems on each level, which unlock new hats and costumes.

The title has been optimised for Switch, allowing two people to play on one console with a single Joy-Con each, or one person to go solo and control both robots.

Pitfall Planet is expected to launch on Nintendo Switch sometime this autumn.
