E3 announce consumer passes for public

In an exciting turn of events, E3 will open their floor to the public for this first time this year. The behemoth video game exhibition has predominately been accessed by the media in the past, with limited access for its die-hard public consumers.

The 15,000 ticket sales which begin on February 13th at 12 Noon EST, will start at $149 (£159) for the first 1,000 tickets, which will later increase to $249 (£199). These are priced substantially higher than conventions such as Eurogamer and Gamescom - which prices vary for a more pocket-friendly £17-25.

E3 will be held on 13th-15th of June this year at the Los Angeles Convention Centre in California.
