The first raid for Ubisoft’s Ghost Recon: Breakpoint went live at 20:00 GMT this evening for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC users, with a Google Stadia iteration coming later in the year.

Project Titan, as the raid is called, tasks four players with taking on a new faction of enemies, the Red Wolves, and their army of lethal drones. It takes place on Golem Island off the coast of the Auroa setting from the main game, where “sulphur, ashes and an active volcano” dominate the landscape. Players will be taking on four bosses - Baal, Quantum Computer, Gargoyle and Cerberus – that feature “unique design and characteristics” which players must work together to defeat
A full roster of four players is required to tackle the raid, with a Gear Level of 150 or higher, and it’ll only be available in Normal difficulty at first, with Easy and Heroic difficulties being added early next year.

As you might expect from a raid, the rewards include “some of the best loot and gear,” according to Ubisoft, with “objectives, enemy setups and rewards” reset on a weekly basis to help keep things fresh for returning players.

To celebrate the raid’s going live this evening, those exploring the main game might have noticed a volcano erupting, which was used to mark the beginning of Project Titan.
