Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale series - first look trailer revealed, opening episode premiers next month

The first episode of Telltale’s Guardians of the Galaxy series will premier next month, the developer/publisher has confirmed, and we also got our first look at the game in action in the new trailer released today.

Telltale’s series features a brand-new story where the Guardians have discovered an “artifact of unspeakable power,” an object which is also being sought after by a “ruthless enemy who is the last of her kind”. Decisions and actions players make drive the interactive story experience over the course of the first season, which is made up of five episodes in total.

Tangled Up in Blue, as the opening episode is known, will be available as a digital download from 18 April, for $4.99 (or regional equivalent). 

As is usually the case with Telltale’s series, a boxed edition of the game (which you can see in the image above) containing a season pass disc will be available from 2 May for $29.99.
