LA Noire coming to Switch, Xbox One, PS4 and HTC Vive this November

Rockstar have announced LA Noire is being remastered for the current generation of consoles, as well as the HTC Vive VR headset.

The Xbox One and PS4 editions of the game come with all previously released additional content and feature improved visual fidelity and textures, including 4K support for PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. The Switch edition also includes the base game with all DLC, but comes with some console-specific enhancements such as “Joy-Con mode with gyroscopic, gesture-based controls, HD rumble and contextual touch screen controls for portable detective work.”

Switch owners will also be treated to new over-the-shoulder and wide camera angles, while the PS4 and Xbox One versions get new cinematic angles.
 
The HTC Vive version will not feature the entire game, but instead comes with seven self-contained cases from the campaign that have been rebuilt “specifically for virtual reality,” in what Rockstar describe as an “unprecedented interactive experience.” This will be the first time the studio has experimented with VR.
 
LA Noire will release on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and HTC Vive on 14 November. Rockstar did not reveal the price point for any platform.
