Live stream set to reveal new Assassin’s Creed setting

Ubisoft have partnered with digital artist BossLogic to unveil the setting of the next Assassin’s Creed game.

The new setting is being revealed via a livestream, where BossLogic is currently creating a piece of artwork that is said to reveal the theme/location of the next game. At the time of writing, the image portrays some Viking-like ships on a dark ocean and a castle with what could be villagers battling soldiers below, while between everything stands a suspiciously protagonist shaped silhouette. The theme seems to be in-keeping with the Norse/Viking setting that previous rumours had alluded to.

There’s no official confirmation just yet, of course, but with the final picture starting to take shape it probably won’t be too long before Ubisoft confirms things. You can keep tabs on the progression of the reveal by watching the video above.
