Marooners is coming to Xbox One and PS4 later this year

M2H, best known for their WW1 shooter Verdun, have announced they are bringing their party game Marooners to Xbox One and PS4 sometime this year.

Marooners pits up to six players against each other in local or online action (or even a mix of both) where they compete to collect the most treasure in a series of mini games, the twist being the game map is randomly switched between the various mini games. Marooners has been available on PC since last year, and today received a free expansion that doubles the in-game content.

The expansion adds 6 new mini games, taking the total number available to 12, and adds 30 new weapons for players to duke it out with.
 
If constantly changing between mini games isn’t your thing, then you’ll be glad to hear the expansion also includes an option to play all games one at a time and in order, sans switching.
 
Other features included in the free expansion are:
 
●       Avalanche of Agony party game
●       AI bots that can be used both offline and online
●       Refined lobby and matchmaking systems, making it easier to find a game
●       New spectator mode
●       Two new bomb pickups
●       Local play levelling up speed increased
