Veteran racing developer Milestone (RIDE 4, MotoGP 20) have announced their latest riding sim, Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 4. Career mode has received a bit of a revamp in Supercross 4. Players are now able to begin their journey as an amateur rider in Supercross Futures events, before earning their place in the 250SX and 450SX categories where they’ll be challenging the “biggest number of pro riders ever in franchise history.”
Career mode will also feature a new skill system, with players able to upgrade their stats and performances via a skill tree. Skill points can be earned from races, training, competing in special events or by completing special objectives. As well as online multiplayer there’ll be co-op for up to four players, plus a new free-roam area based on the Islands of Maine where players can race against friends, compete in challenges or track down collectibles. Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 4 is out 11 March for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5, and PC via Steam and Stadia.
