Mirror's edge catalyst: closed beta announced

EA announced today there's going to a closed beta for upcoming release Mirror's Edge Catalyst - and even better, using your Origin account you can sign up for it now.

The beta will be available for players on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, so if you don't have an Origin account yet, now's as good a time as any to go and sign up.

To up the ante a bit more there's also a brand spanking new trailer for you to get excited over, and EA have said they'll provide more information on Faith, her story, the world around her, and lots more in the coming months.

Mirror's Edge Catalyst ​is currently slated for release on 24 May this year, and hopefully this beta release is a good sign that everything is on track. For now, though, here's that trailer for you to drool over.
