Warner Bros. and NetherRealm Studios have announced that the latest entry in the award winning franchise is releasing next year and pre-orders are now live. Custom Character Variations give players "unprecedented control to customise the fighters and make them your own." There's also an all new graphics engine and a roster of both new and Klassic fighters to look forward to.
We'll find out more on 17 January when the global reveal takes place. "It's exciting to finally announce Mortal Kombat 11 and showcase what the team has been working on,” said Boon. "Our Custom Character Variation System opens up an infinite amount of options for players to personalize their favourite fighters. We can’t wait until January when we’ll be showing more of the game.” There are two editions available to pre-order, Standard and Premium, and all pre-orders unlock series mainstay Shao Kahn as a playable fighter and grant access to the beta. Mortal Kombat 11 launches 23 April on Xbox One, PS4, Switch and PC. What do you think of the trailer? Looking forward to the reveal? Let us know below or over in the forums. Leave a Reply. |
