Rainbow Six Siege DLC drops tomorrow

Operation Black Ice will add a new map along with two new operators, one attacker and one defender, equipped with their own unique weapons and abilities. Season pass holders will be granted immediate access to the operators for free, while everyone else will have to wait until the 9th and spend either £3.99 or 25,000 renown.

Leaked pictures allegedly show the abilities of the two operators. The attacker, Buck, has an under barrel shotgun attachment on his primary weapon. Defender, Frost, meanwhile has a mechanical trap she can use to incapacitate enemies. We'll have to wait until tomorrow to see whether the leaks are legitimate.

Ubisoft plan on expanding the shooter even further, with another three DLC bundles coming between now and October. It seems likely that each batch will give us two new operators and one new map. The developer also stated that new game modes would be headed our way too.
