Rebellion announce Strange Brigade, a cooperative shooter set in the 1930s

Rebellion, the developer behind the Sniper Elite franchise, have announced a new game called Strange Brigade, a third-person adventure packed with “peril, mystery and derring-do.”

The game is set in the remote corners of the 1930s British Empire, and features 1 - 4 players battling cooperatively against mythological forces unleashed by an Egyptian witch queen. Each of the four playable characters will have their own unique set of weapons, tactics and “special superhuman powers” to utilise as they explore ancient tombs and forgotten civilisations

Rebellion didn’t announce a release date for Strange Brigade, only stating that it would be “coming soon” to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC, and that we’ll be able to see more at this year’s E3 (so next week).
