Rockstar Games have released the very first Red Dead Redemption 2 gameplay video, shining a light on the world and how you can interact with it.
Whilst taking a break back at camp you can speak with any of your fellow gang members to undertake missions, take someone on a hunting expedition or just relax, listen to stories and play cards.
There seems to be a heavier focus on horses this time around. Each steed will have their own stats, which are upgraded as your bond grows stronger, and they can be used to store extra weapons and any animal carcasses you've bagged whilst hunting.
Melee combat and gunplay have been improved to make them feel “deep and engaging at all times”, and tweaks have been made to the Dead Eye system, which will feature in the next gameplay video.
Read Dead Redemption 2 is out 26 October on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
