One the most requested games for backwards compatibility, Red Dead Redemption, is finally playable on Xbox One. Sort of. It appears that Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and Alan Wake: American Nightmare are playable using the same method and a couple more games are apparently coming our way, Left 4 Dead and Castlevania: Symphony Of The Night.
Halo Wars, Skate 3, Call Of Duty: Black Ops and the Bioshock trilogy have also been confirmed. Major Nelson recently announced that backwards compatible titles will now be made available as and when they are ready, rather than releasing a handful every month. And, since November of last year, all Xbox 360 Games With Gold offerings will be backwards compatible too. Let us know your thoughts in the forums. Comments are closed.
