Sony's latest State of Play provided a bite-sized look at what's coming to PS4 in the near future.

​We opened with a gameplay reveal for Monster Hunter World's Iceborne expansion, which will add a new story, a new location and more creatures to hunt when it launches on 6 September.

Predator: Hunting Grounds is an asymmetrical multiplayer title (familiar territory for developer Illfonic, responsible for Friday the 13th: The Game) expected to release in 2020. A group of players will take control of an elite fireteam, attempting to carry out paramilitary ops whilst being hunted by the lone predator.

A new story trailer for MediEvil shows it to be looking as sharp and nostalgic as ever, plus confirmed that we can look forward to its arrival on 25 October.

Another anticipated blast from the past was reintroduced with a trailer, which speaks for itself. More details about Final Fantasy VII Remake are promised for June.
