Streets of Rage now available on mobile with cross-platform multiplayer

Take control of Axel Stone, Blaze Fielding or Adam Hunter as they battle their way through eight levels, and countless thugs, in order to put a stop to an evil crime lord known only as Mr. X.

The mobile version features co-op multiplayer via WiFi, leaderboards, cloud saves and controller support.

SEGA will also be adding multiplayer to the mobile versions of Golden Axe and Altered Beast in the coming weeks.

Streets of Rage is part of SEGA Forever, an ever growing collection of titles from the Master System through to the Dreamcast, that are available to download on mobile.

Whilst the games are free, there are ads which can be can be removed for £1.99.
