The Division beta extended1/2/2016 Image credit Eurogamer The Division's closed beta has been extended by 24 hours on all platforms, giving players until 11am on Tuesday 2 February to continue stealing loot in the Dark Zone. The beta clocks in at around 26GB, but fret not if you won't have time to download and sink your teeth into it before tomorrow; details about an open beta have been found on Xbox Italy's official Facebook page. According to the page, it will run from 16 - 21 February for Xbox One players, again granted a day of early access, before hitting PS4 and PC 17 February.
Whilst this hasn’t been confirmed by Ubisoft, thanks to the source it’s highly likely to be accurate. It’s unclear at the moment as to whether the open beta will include any additional content, or simply offer the closed beta experience on a larger scale. Tom Clancy’s The Division launches next month, 8 March, in the the culmination of a wave of hype following the E3 2013 reveal. Are you excited? What do you think of the beta?
