Over The Moon has made the decision to delay The Fall Part 2: Unbound, but it's not necessarily due to development issues. In a developer diary, Over The Moon's CEO, John Warner, provides a detailed look at the gameplay and some of the new features that make Unbound stand out from its predecessor. “We are really excited about our new project and we want to thank all of our fans for their continued patience. The team at Over The Moon have poured their hearts and souls into making sure that everything in The Fall Part 2: Unbound is there for a reason,” said Warner. “With The Fall Part 2: Unbound, our goal is to give players a deeper level of gameplay and story integration than they have ever seen before. We want this game to shock you, excite you, make you laugh, thematically challenge you and put you in situations you have never been in before. It’s our highest goal that video games can change people for the better, and The Fall part 2: Unbound is as rich with interesting ideas as it is fun to play.” For more on Unbound, check out our interview with John Warner at last year's EGX. We'll have more interviews with indie developers in our coverage of EGX 2017, which is coming your way soon.
The Fall Part 2: Unbound is now set to release in February on Xbox One, PS4, Switch, PC, Mac and Linux. Did you play the original? Is this on your radar? Let us know below or over in the forums. Leave a Reply. |
