A gameplay series will introduce players to the new systems and mechanics that Bioware have created for Mass Effect: Andromeda.

First up is an enlightening look at some of the weapons and skills you'll be utilising as the Pathfinder. Combat works a little bit differently this time around; there's no pause in the gameplay as you select different abilities from the power wheel, instead you'll equip 3 powers to your character, similar to Mass Effect 3's multiplayer.

Future videos in the series will focus on profiles, favourites, squad skills and commands, and we may also get a glimpse at the crafting system which is being introduced.

Mass Effect: Andromeda launches 21 March on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
