An image from the last major Tintin game to release on PC and consoles, 2011's The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn Paris-based games publisher Microids and Tintin custodians Moulinsart have partnered up to create a new game for consoles and PC based on the adventures of the famous reporter and his dog, Snowy. Other iconic characters said to be making an appearance are Professor Calculus, Captain Haddock and detective duo Thomson and Thompson.
Moulinsart’s Director, Nick Rodwell, said the aim of the partnership is to create a “fun and friendly” game that everyone will be able to enjoy, adding that the upcoming title “inserts itself pretty well” in the Tintin legacy. While there’s no other solid details just yet, the title of the game, along with some artwork and further information, will be revealed “soon.” What do you think a Tintin game will be like?
