Titanfall: Frontline is a strategy card game for mobile devices

Nexon have partnered up with Respawn Entertainment and Particle City to bring you Titanfall: Frontline, a free to play strategy card game set in the Titanfall universe.

Players will take on the role of a Brigade Commander and compete in real time battles against other players, with hundreds of cards at their disposal. These include Pilots, Burn Cards and, naturally, Titans.

The two factions from the original Titanfall, the IMC and the Militia, return once again in Frontline, with players able to build and customise decks to suit their playstyle.

Larry Pacey, co-founder of Particle City, spoke about how Frontline will try to recreate the fast paced action of its source material on mobile devices:
 
“We’ve worked hand-in-hand with Respawn to weave in card battle strategy and collectability with the iconic gameplay elements that make Titanfall so unique and that will help evolve the genre,” he said.
 
“From dropping a Titan onto the field of play to turn the tide of battle to using a combination of Parkour and Rodeo Burn Cards to take a Titan down, Titanfall: Frontline is unapologetically intense and utterly Titanfall.”
 
Titanfall: Frontline is due to launch sometime this Autumn, and will be available to download for free from the App Store and Google Play.
