TrackMania Turbo is getting an open beta this weekend for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. To join in all you’ll need to do is download the beta from your console’s relevant digital store. Check out the trailer below for a look at some of the arcade style racing in store for beta participants. TrackMania Turbo will feature 200 tracks split into four unique environments and also includes a Trackbuilder tool for players to create and share their own courses. Or if you’re feeling slightly less creative you could always take advantage of the game’s random course generator for inspiration.
Turbo will also support split-screen action for up to four players (something of a rarity these days) as well as online multiplayer in a number of game modes, including a mode where two players are in control of one car. This is the first time the TrackMania series is going to feature on Xbox or PlayStation, with previous entries having only released on PC and various Nintendo consoles in the past. TrackMania Turbo releases on 24 March for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. Be sure to keep an eye out on Pass The Controller for our upcoming review of the game. Comments are closed.
