Van Helsing II Ink Hunt DLC launches on Xbox One

Ink Hunt features a new story in which a strange ethereal gate opens up in Van Helsing's secret lair. You must enter the realms beyond the veil of the world to find out what is happening and hunt down those who are responsible for this new threat.

Ink Hunt is out now on Xbox One and can be yours for £3.19, although you'll need to have completed veteran mode to unlock it.

There are a total of four new areas to explore, complete with additional items, quests and enemies:

• Inkheart Mines, a secret industrial plant in the Ink, is the source of a rare mineral and a dangerous infection.
• Crystal Bastion is an untainted part of the Ink, ruled by someone or something that was slumbering for a very long time. Now it's awake.
• Sanctuary is a gothic town of human refugees, plagued by monsters and haunted by its own reflection, where no one can enter.
• Island of Bones, the place where legendary creatures went to die ages ago. Now it's a prison, where mortals suffer in the hands of the monstrous Collector.

To celebrate the release of Ink Hunt, The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing (including all DLC), and Van Helsing II are on sale until 8 August.

The first Van Helsing is half price, as is the Thaumaturge and Arcane Mechanic DLC, whilst the sequel is 25% off. If you're unsure as to whether this game is for you, check our review of the second part of the trilogy.
