NeocoreGames, Bigben Interactive and Maximum Games have announced that Season 1 of Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr is now live, bringing new content to Xbox One and PS4.

Titled Drukhari, the update introduces a new enemy faction, the Dark Eldar, and a free campaign, comprised of several investigations which are open immediately to "the most experienced investigators."

The Dark Eldar, a cruel and sadistic ancient menace, have resurfaced in the Caligari Sector. Their intelligence, coupled with a fondness for piracy, torture and slavery, make them a grave threat that must be eradicated.

This season also hosts the first paid DLC drops, which will include exclusive missions, emotes and familiars.

Until 21 November, PS4 owners can get Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr with a 25% discount, whilst PS Plus subscribers can enjoy 50% off.
