We Were Here Together brings co-op puzzle solving to Xbox One this summer

Total Mayhem Games are set to release the third instalment of their We Were Here series on Xbox One this June; it’ll see two players communicate in order to solve puzzles from different locations.

We Were Here Together, a follow up to We Were Here and sequel We Were Here Too, builds upon the series’ asymmetrical puzzle-solving action with new features and gameplay mechanics. Notable additions include the freedom to explore surrounding Antarctic landscapes, a new inventory system and, for the first time, locations that can be explored together side-by-side.

The series’ narrative elements have also been expanded upon with all-new “immersive” cutscenes, plus even more puzzles and environments for a “longer total playtime” according to Managing Director Lucia de Visser.

We Were Here Together is currently available on Steam and arrives on Xbox One 5 June. Those who pre-order the game on Xbox will receive a 10% discount, bringing the total price down from £10.74 to £9.76.
