Xbox One July update adds custom Gamerpics, co-streaming and more

With the new update, you'll be able to upload a custom image from your console, mobile phone, Windows 10 PC or OneDrive account to use as a Gamerpic, or to customise your Club's profile picture or background. These will be available for all to see, so make sure to stick to the Code of Conduct.

Another highly requested feature being implemented is co-streaming, which allows up to four friends to broadcast together simultaneously, creating a shared multi-view experience on Mixer, Microsoft's Twitch-like streaming service. A Mixer tab has also been added to the Club home page which will show a list of any members currently streaming.

If you live in a household with multiple gamers and multiple controllers, you can now link your preferred controller to your profile, allowing for easy, automatic sign ins.
New features added to the Xbox One app on Android and iOS include the ability to share looking-for-group posts to the activity feed or via messages and browse and install titles from the Xbox Game Pass service.

A bonus addition exclusive to Android users is Chat Bubbles. This overlay lets you use games and apps on your mobile, whilst keeping your conversations within easy reach. When you receive a new message a chat bubble will automatically open. This setting is turned on by default but can be disabled from the notifications tab.
