Xbox One S launches 2 August18/7/2016 The slimline version of Microsoft's console will set you back £349 and features an internal 2TB hard drive. That's right, the Xbox One S is 40% smaller and the chunky power supply is housed within the console itself. It'll be small enough to stand vertically, if that's your thing.
You'll be able to watch Blu-ray films and stream videos in full 4K HD with HDR (High Dynamic Range), this will also be supported by some games, like Gears of War 4, Scalebound and Forza Horizon 3. One of the three USB ports and the pairing button have been moved to the front of the Xbox One S for ease of access, alongside the newly added IR blaster. Also included is the new Xbox One Wireless Controller, which features textured grips, improved wireless signal and Bluetooth support. All games, accessories and services will work with the new console out of the box. If you're interested, you'd better get to pre-ordering, as Microsoft warn that demand is high and stocks are limited. Will you be picking up the Xbox One S?
