Invincible Mode lets Furi players easily overcome boss fights

The Game Bakers have released a new update aimed at making their boss-rush game more appealing to less ‘hardcore’ players on PC.

As we noted in our review, Furi is difficult, but sandwiched between the devilishly tricky, neon drenched boss encounters is a surprisingly engaging story, which the new invincible mode update will allow people to enjoy at their leisure.

The update affords players the ability to “become invincible, skip a fight, skip or lock a certain phase in a fight, or weaken a boss,” something that would have been particularly useful during our gruelling tussle with the ninth Guardian, The Edge.

The Game Bakers also hope the new update will appeal to speedrunners by allowing them to perfect combos and strategies.

​There’s no word on whether invincible mode is coming to the console versions of the game.
