The 2016 Game Awards are only two weeks away, celebrating some of the year’s best releases and the creative minds behind them.

The ceremony takes place at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles on 1 December, and can be watched live on several platforms, including: Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook Live, Steam, Xbox Live and PSN. You can even watch the event in VR thanks to the NextVR app.

Host and creator of The Game Awards, Geoff Keighly, revealed to Polygon that the show will feature more gameplay and less CGI when showing off games due to negative feedback following the release of No Man's Sky.
