A successfully-funded Kickstarter campaign from developer Madmind Studios, Agony's brand of first-person survival horror appears to employ the same elements that jettisoned titles like Amnesia and Outlast to great success.
Agony is expected to release on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 this year, with a VR version to follow.

The latest system update is now available to certain members of the Xbox Insider Program, Microsoft have confirmed, with other members set to receive the update “in the coming weeks.” Instead of having to double tap the Xbox icon to bring up the Guide like before, a single tap will now open up an enhanced Guide which includes quick access to Games and Apps, Home and Store pages, as well as displaying all your favourite pins, recently used applications and controls for any background music being played. The latest update also adds a new feature called Copilot, which will improve ease of access by allowing two controllers to act as one.
Not only could this feature be used to help guide new players through difficult games or for a different take on competitive or cooperative gaming, it will also allow players who need unique controller configurations, such as “hands apart, hand and chin, hand and foot” to play games that may have been otherwise inaccessible. You can read up on the full list of updates here. Are you one of the lucky few to get their hands on the Creators Update before anyone else? The final expansion for Dark Souls III will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam from 28 March, Bandai Namco have announced. A Game of the Year Edition has seemingly been revealed at the end of the trailer, titled Dark Souls III: The Fire Fades Edition. This edition is out 21 April and will presumably include all additional content released for the game.
The Ringed City is available as part of the game’s Season Pass, which also includes the first DLC, Ashes of Ariandel, or can be purchased separately for $14.99. Persona 5 trailer introduces Palaces22/1/2017 In Persona 5, a group of youths known as the Phantom Thieves are able to travel to another world, via smart phone, to battle evil. The team picks a target, figures out key information about them, and plugs the info into their Metaverse Navigator to gain access. Once inside they must fight enemies, solve puzzles, eliminate the Palace leader and steal the target’s deepest, darkest desire, which takes the form of treasure. Once the deed is done, the target will realise the enormity of their desire and, hopefully, change for the better. You won't always have to fight the Shadows that dwell inside these Palaces; you may be able to sneak by them or use a more diplomatic approach. Players may be able to hold up the Shadows to negotiate with them to gain money, items or a chance to avoid the battle entirely. You could even convince them to join your group and use them as a Persona.
Persona 5 launches 4 April on PS4 and PS3. Are you a fan of this wacky series? Excited about the upcoming release? Let us know in the forums or leave a comment below. Sea of Moving Ice is the second part of the story that began in the previous update, Storm King's Thunder. If you haven't played through the last DLC yet, be aware that some story spoilers follow. Fire Emblem Heroes’ Android launch is set for 2 February.

Teaming up with friends and taking down cartels throughout a sprawling open world is one of the biggest appeals of Ghost Recon: Wildlands, but Ubisoft are keen to stress that the game can be equally enjoyed by those who prefer to play solo, as the new gameplay footage shows. While the AI will adapt to your playstyle, a command wheel offers some control over their behaviour, allowing players to issue simple orders including regroup, hold position, go to a location or open fire. Wildlands’ Lead Game Designer, Dominic Butler, offers up some commentary as a member of the development team attempts to infiltrate an enemy base, giving us a detailed look at some of the game’s other key features, such as dynamic weather, targeting high value targets for enemy intel, player customisation and how cartels can be turned against each other. Ghost Recon: Wildlands is out 7 March on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. A beta will take place ahead of the game’s release, which you can sign up for here.
