No other details were shared by Ybarra, but with the ‘gift to a friend’ feature currently sitting at nearly 5000 votes on Xbox’s suggest a feature page, it’s clearly something many users want to see implemented.

Boasting a team made up of former BioShock developers, Uppercut Games (best known for Submerged and EPOCH) have announced a new game called City of Brass. Players will take on the city’s ensemble of otherwordly enemies with their scimitar and whip, while the latter can also be used to help navigate the environment and reach distant objects.
According to Uppercut, the “rhythmic interplay of blade and lash” has been finely tuned, along with player movement, to ensure combat and navigating the in-game world has a “fluid, balanced and natural feel.” “Developing a game with multiple, interacting systems that players can freely combine feels like a return to our roots, drawing on our experiences working on BioShock and many of our other favorites,” said the game’s Lead Designer, Ed Orman. “Players must learn how to use the traps to kill their foes, and even turn enemies against each other. You’ll perish in the City of Brass – often, and quite horribly – but as your skills improve and you discover new ways to cheat death, you’ll return to fight another day.” City of Brass is out on PC later this year, with Xbox One and PS4 versions planned for release sometime in 2018. Let us know your thoughts on City of Brass below. Today, Warner Bros. and Monolith released the free Nemesis Forge update for Shadow of Mordor on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. To celebrate the release of the update, Shadow of Mordor is currently discounted by up to 80% on PS4, Xbox One and Steam for the next few days, while those who own either of the latter two platforms can also try the game for free until 9 July.
While this update is great news for those who were hoping to take at least some part of their adventures in Shadow of Mordor into the sequel, it’s worth noting that Nemesis Forge mode will not be available on Mac and Linux operating systems, while all platforms in Japan miss out entirely. A Total War Saga is a new series of standalone spin-off titles from Creative Assembly that will focus on “exciting pivotal moments in history.”
“These moments are perfect fuel for Total War,” said Lusted, “they’re a powder keg, where anything can happen and history could have gone in any direction. Sagas are epic stories, and we felt that name described those moments well, and allows us to go into the kind of individual detail we love.”
“Sagas won’t be revolutionary new titles or introduce brand-new eras," Lusted continued, "they’ll follow-on from previous Total War games and inhabit the same time-period, or at the very least relate to it. But these are certainly Total War games… We thought that badging these “A Total War Saga” would help players understand that they are a spin-off and not the next major title.” Sagas will feature the same turn-based campaign strategy and real-time battle tactics found in the main Total War games, with the only difference being the narrower focus on a specific period in time. As Lusted mentions in further on in the blog, it’s an idea Creative Assembly have touched upon in the past with the release of Fall of the Samurai, which was a spin-off from Total War: SHOGUN 2 that was centred around the events of the Boshin War. “If you liked Fall of the Samurai, and the kind of gameplay we delivered with it, then you’re going to enjoy what we’ve got planned for our first Saga title.” Creative Assembly promised to reveal more details about the first Saga soon, but Lusted did confirm that it will be “spiritual follow-up to Total War: ROME II” and will release before the next major historical Total War game. What do you think of Total War’s new spin-off series? Let us know below. Assassin's Creed will be getting its own anime series with an original story.
Not much is known about his interpretation of Assassin's Creed yet, but he took to Facebook to write: "I’m happy to let you guys know that I’ve selected my next project! I played the first edition of Assassin’s Creed the year I moved to Los Angeles to pursue my dream. At that moment I knew absolutely no one in the industry and could never have imagined that one day Ubisoft would ask me to take the world of Assassin’s Creed and create an original story set in it as an anime series. If anyone tells you not to follow your passion in life they are wrong." Those interested in seeing how Castlevania fares can tune in to Netflix on Friday. Would you watch an Assassin’s Creed anime?
